Workstation FlowJo/FCS Express
The CRF offers several powerful workstations for researchers to use for image analysis, flow cytometry data processing, and single-cell analysis. Our systems support FlowJo, FCS Express, and CellProfiler, enabling advanced gating strategies, population analysis, and statistical modeling. Researchers can perform multicolor compensation, clustering algorithms (t-SNE, UMAP), and high-throughput screening.
