TEM JEM-1400
The TEM JEM-1400 is a high-resolution transmission electron microscope that provides precise imaging of subcellular structures, making it an essential tool for researchers in medical and biological fields. It enables detailed analysis of pathological cellular processes and molecular mechanisms, particularly in diseases like cancer, neurodegenerative disorders (such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s), and viral infections. With advanced capabilities like Electron Diffusion and Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED), the TEM JEM-1400 offers quantitative data on molecular arrangements in proteins, organelles, and cell nuclei. Additionally, it supports live cell imaging to monitor dynamic cellular processes, such as drug responses, while spectroscopic chemistry capabilities allow for the analysis of metabolic changes and molecular interactions, aiding in the development of targeted therapies and personalized medicine.
