The Chromium X Single Cell Gene Expression Solution by 10X Genomics provides a scalable and high-throughput approach for cell characterization and gene expression profiling across hundreds to tens of thousands of individual cells. Recent advancements enhance transcript detection, enabling the identification of a greater number of unique transcripts per cell, thereby significantly increasing data richness.
