Nikon Confocal Analysis
The Nikon Confocal Analysis is an advanced confocal imaging system that provides high-quality 3D images of biological and molecular samples. The system is based on confocal technology, allowing imaging of different layers of the sample and providing images with extremely high resolution through multiple scans along the Z-axis, using point light sources. This method reduces interference caused by scattered light, resulting in sharp and clear images of sub-microscopic structures. The system allows for image calibration and depth determination using advanced algorithms, providing analytical tools to identify molecular interactions, track cellular structure changes, and examine biological processes with high resolution. Its main advantage lies in its ability to perform deep sample scans, enabling 3D exploration of sample structures in real-time.
