
ImageStream
The Amnis ImageStream®X Mark II is a multispectral imaging flow cytometer capable of capturing up to 12 channels of cellular imagery using dual cameras. It enables precise signal quantification and localization across tens of thousands of cells per sample, ensuring high data accuracy. The system features 20x, 40x, and 60x objectives and excitation lasers at 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 642 nm.
