FV 1200 Confocal

The FV1200 Confocal Microscope is a high-performance laser-scanning system optimized for advanced fluorescence imaging, live-cell studies, and deep tissue visualization. Featuring a precision-engineered optical system, it delivers high-resolution images with superior signal-to-noise ratio while minimizing photobleaching and phototoxicity. Equipped with 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm laser lines, it enables multi-channel fluorescence imaging with excellent spectral separation and minimal crosstalk. The system includes high-sensitivity GaAsP detectors, enhancing fluorescence detection for faint signals and deep tissue imaging. Its fully motorized design supports advanced imaging techniques such as FRAP, FLIM, and FRET, allowing researchers to study protein interactions, molecular dynamics, and cellular processes in real time. Additionally, an integrated incubation system ensures precise environmental control for long-term live-cell imaging. Controlled via Olympus Fluoview software, the FV1200 enables multi-dimensional imaging, automated analysis, and 3D reconstruction, making it an essential tool for applications in cell biology, neuroscience, and biomedical research.
