FACS - Aria III (A) - Sorter
The BD FACSAria™ III sorter is a high-performance flow cytometry instrument designed for high-speed cell sorting and multicolor analysis. Equipped with four lasers (407 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 633 nm), it enables the simultaneous detection of up to 15 parameters, making it ideal for complex cellular studies.
Supporting both 2-way and 4-way sorting configurations, the FACSAria III allows for the precise isolation of target cell populations. It accommodates various collection vessels, including 1.5 ml, 5 ml, and 15 ml tubes, and features four nozzle sizes (70, 85, 100, and 130 microns) to handle diverse cell sizes. Additionally, it offers direct sorting into multi-well plates, enhancing high-throughput applications.
A temperature-controlled sample chamber and collection tube holder help maintain cell viability, ensuring reliable results for single-cell analysis, immunophenotyping, stem cell research, and cancer biology. Combining advanced technology with user-friendly features, the BD FACSAria III is an essential tool for flow cytometry-based cell analysis and sorting applications.
